No. We're an inclusive faith platform rooted in Christian community, welcoming all faith-based organizations.
Browsing and searching is completely free. Creating a basic listing is also free with our SERVE plan.

Listings & Directory
Sign up for a free account, choose your plan, and follow the guided setup. Add your name, location, photos, and details.

Yes! CONNECT allows up to 10 listings, AMPLIFY gives unlimited listings.
Go to your Dashboard → My Listings → click Edit on the listing you want to update.
Our built-in AI helps you write compelling listing descriptions, taglines, and suggest relevant categories. Look for the sparkle icon on text fields when editing your listing.
Branded Website & Business Card
AMPLIFY subscribers get a professional mini-website at yourname.myfaithvillage.com. It pulls from your listing and includes a hero section, about, gallery, testimonials, hours, and contact form.
Dashboard → My Content → Pro Site / Biz Card. Choose a template, customize your content, and your site is live instantly.
Yes! AMPLIFY subscribers can connect a custom domain (e.g. yourchurch.com) from the Custom Domain tab in your dashboard.
Every CONNECT and AMPLIFY listing gets a shareable digital business card with your name, contact info, social links, and a QR code. Access it from your Pro Site dashboard.
Yes. Multiple templates are available (e.g. Grace, Spirit, Covenant, Harvest, Kinfolk). You can switch templates anytime from the Pro Site dashboard without losing your content.
Messages & Communication
Visit any listing or member profile and click the message icon. Messages appear in your Dashboard → Communications → Messages inbox.
Yes. Direct messages are private between you and the recipient. No one else can see them.
Yes. You'll receive email notifications for new messages, and the bell icon in the header shows your unread count.
Basic messaging is free for all users. Some premium messaging features may be available on higher plans.

SERVE (Free) — 1 basic listing.
CONNECT ($29/mo) — 10 listings, bookings, enhanced visibility.
AMPLIFY ($49/mo) — Unlimited listings, branded website, custom domain, analytics.
Dashboard → Subscription → Change Plan. Upgrades take effect immediately.

Cancel anytime from Dashboard → Subscription. Features stay active until the end of your billing period.
All major credit/debit cards via our secure Stripe-powered system.
Donations & Giving
Churches and nonprofits can accept donations directly through their listing. Donors can give one-time or recurring monthly amounts via credit card.
Dashboard → Revenue → Ministry Giving. Select your listing, enter your nonprofit details, verify your EIN, upload your IRS determination letter, and submit for review.
We verify your Employer Identification Number (EIN) against IRS records to ensure your organization is a legitimate nonprofit. This protects donors and is required before donations can go live.
Connect your bank account via Stripe Connect (Dashboard → Revenue → Stripe Connect). Payouts are deposited directly to your bank on a rolling basis.
Platform fees depend on your plan: SERVE 5%, CONNECT 4%, AMPLIFY 3%. Stripe processing fees (2.9% + 30¢) apply separately.
Yes. Use the Remove button on the Ministry Giving page. All settings including EIN verification will be cleared, and you can set up fresh.
Stripe Connect & Payouts
Stripe Connect links your bank account to MyFaithVillage so you can receive payouts from bookings, donations, and marketplace sales.
Dashboard → Revenue → Stripe Connect. Click "Connect with Stripe" and follow the guided setup. You'll need your bank details and identity verification.
Yes, for receiving any payouts (booking payments, donations, or marketplace revenue). It's free to set up.
Payouts are processed on a rolling basis, typically 2–7 business days after the transaction. You can view your payout history in the Stripe dashboard.
Yes, from your Stripe Connect dashboard page. Note: disconnecting will pause all payouts until reconnected.
Live Streaming
CONNECT and AMPLIFY subscribers can broadcast live video directly from their listing page. Great for church services, Bible studies, worship nights, and community events.
Dashboard → My Content → Live Stream. Set your stream title, choose a category, and click "Go Live". You can stream from your browser or use an RTMP key with OBS/Streamyard.
Yes! Viewers can post live chat messages and reactions during your stream.
Yes. Past streams are automatically saved and accessible from your listing and your Live Stream dashboard.
No hard viewer limit. Streams are powered by our CDN infrastructure for reliable delivery.
Bookings & Appointments
Yes! CONNECT and AMPLIFY listings with bookings enabled let visitors schedule directly on the platform.
Dashboard → My Content → Booking Settings. Define your services, availability, duration, and pricing. Connect Stripe to accept payments.
Each provider sets their own cancellation policy, visible before you confirm your appointment.
Yes, email and SMS reminders are sent before your scheduled appointment (SMS requires setup in Dashboard → Booking Settings).
Yes. Set your service prices and connect Stripe Connect. Clients pay at the time of booking and funds are deposited to your bank.
Prayer Wall, Groups & Calendar
A community space where members can share prayer requests, offer praise, and encourage one another. You can post anonymously and receive prayer responses.
Topic-based communities where members can discuss, share, and connect around shared interests like Bible study, worship, parenting, and more. Each group has a covenant and moderation.
A shared calendar showing upcoming events, church services, community gatherings, and more. Events from listings automatically appear here.
You can browse the prayer wall, groups, and calendar without an account. Posting, commenting, and joining groups requires a free account.
Privacy & Safety
We never sell your personal data. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Every listing has a Report button. Our moderation team reviews reports promptly.

All donations are processed through Stripe's PCI-compliant payment system. Nonprofits must verify their EIN and submit an IRS determination letter before accepting donations.
Account & Profile
Go to Dashboard → My Listings → Edit your member profile. Or use the Setup Wizard from your account menu.
Dashboard → Account Details → Password section.
Yes, edit your member profile or run the Setup Wizard again from your account menu.
Yes! Use the social login buttons on the sign-in page. Your account will be linked automatically.
